About Me
Dhanto Yang is a results-driven marketing and growth leader with over 15 years of experience spanning fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, telco, and edtech across Southeast Asia and China. Currently, he serves as Head of Marketing Solutions & GTM Strategy at 1ENGAGE, a customer engagement platform specializing in WhatsApp and omnichannel communication. In this role, Dhanto leads go-to-market strategy, digital campaigns, and client growth initiatives for B2B and enterprise clients.
Prior to this, Dhanto was AVP of Brand Marketing for Commerce & Fintech at Bukalapak, where he led major product launches including BukaTabungan (in partnership with Standard Chartered), Bmoney Stock & Mutual Fund, and Bmoney Privilege for high-net-worth users. He also played a key role in increasing GMV and improving fintech adoption across the platform.
Earlier in his career, Dhanto was Head of Product Marketing at Mekari, where he scaled B2B SaaS adoption through SEO, CRM automation, and high-impact content campaigns. He also held senior marketing roles in China, including Director of Global Marketing & Platforms at EF Education First and Global Product Marketing Manager at Gameloft, where he drove international campaigns and localized go-to-market strategies.
Dhanto holds an MBA from UIBE Beijing and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Universitas Tarumanagara. He is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin Chinese.
