I have had the opportunity to work as both an Administrative Assistant and an Account Officer, which allowed me to build strong skills in organization, communication, and client support. As an Administrative Assistant, I was responsible for managing schedules, handling data entry, and keeping documents organized.
I also supported daily operations by assisting the team with different tasks, making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. This role taught me how to stay organized, adapt to different situations, and provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment.
As an Account Officer, I worked closely with clients, prepared reports, and monitored accounts to ensure accuracy and good relationships. I enjoyed helping clients by addressing their needs, providing updates, and maintaining clear communication. This experience helped me improve my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage responsibilities with care and professionalism.
Both roles gave me the chance to combine organizational skills with client service, which I believe are important in supporting a company’s growth. My goal moving forward is to continue developing my skills, take on greater responsibilities, and contribute positively to the success of the business while maintaining professionalism and a supportive attitude.
